This site is operated by Ideal Spark LTD. By using it you agree that it is a prototype demonstration and not a commercial service. No contract for electrical work is formed through this site, no payment is actually taken, and nothing shown here (an electrician’s profile, a quote, a review, an availability status) reflects a real person or a real transaction.

If a production version of this service is ever launched, these terms would be replaced with a full commercial terms-of-service agreement covering the contract between customers, electricians and the platform, liability, dispute resolution, and the platform’s fee structure.

This prototype does not collect personal data for any purpose beyond making the demonstration work during your session — an account you create, a job you submit, a message you send. There is no analytics tracking, no advertising, no data sale, and no data sharing with third parties.

A production version would need a full privacy notice compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, covering: what personal data is collected (contact details, location, payment information, verification documents), the lawful basis for processing each category, retention periods, your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability), and the identity of the data controller.

This prototype uses a single essential cookie to keep you signed in (a session token) — nothing else. There are no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies, so there is no cookie consent banner: essential-only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function don’t require consent under UK PECR.
